Wooden floating bookshelves – checkbox design

When we first discovered this bookshelves design on Pinterest, we wanted to see them on the wall in our living room. In addition to their decorative purpose, they are also very useful: they can easily store up to 15 books (collections of favorite books or books planned to be read). Find out how we made these shelves, what improvements we made to the original project, what solution we found for a safe wall mounting

White floating nightstands with oak drawer fronts

Because we were often asked how we round the corners of our MDF pieces of furniture, we decided to build again a set of two white nightstands with oak drawer fronts, making small changes to the original design. We described with a lot of details (and also with a making video) the process of building the boxes, rounding the inner and the outer corners, making the drawer fronts and the handles routed into the edges.

Round garden table made out of recycled materials

How did we make a low budget round garden table? Very simple! We tried to make you understand better how useful they are by sharing lists of projects we built using each of them. The lists are opened and we will update them each time we will find a new useful tool or we will use the old ones in new projects

PlanCraft – DIY and Contractor Project Manager – project organizer app

We developed this Android app in order to organize and plan better our projects. For that, we used our over 8 years of experience in woodworking. That’s why we took into consideration a lot of things in order to calculate a fair price for the final result. We also knew what is important for a woodworker or a craftsman so we integrated lists of customers, suppliers, supplies, notes, photos, and also shopping lists. The “duplicate” function reduces the time when building a new project identical to an old one. These ones are just a few of our app functions

Custom made panel clamps – free plans included

We reduced a lot of the time for straightening a wooden countertop building a low budget set of 6 DIY 4-way panel clamps. They have a double-action: they tighten the boards and straighten the panel at the same time. Building them needs a little welding knowledge, but the plans are quite simple. You can find them here along with a short video to see exactly how they work.
